Question: How much is post and packaging?
Answer: Standard Post and packaging is £5 which will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Clas Signed for service which covers compensation for peace of mind.

Question: How long will my item take to arrive via standard postage?
Answer: Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery if sent 2nd class royal mail, unless you have ordered custom items in which I will give you an estimated time frame depending on the item being ordered.

Question: Can I choose the pattern on the bobbins?
Answer: Due to every bobbin head being totally unique, all the listings photos are just for illustration purposes (unless stated that the set in the photos is the one you are buying) If you would like to choose the exact patterns etc, then please contact me through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to discuss a custom set. If you purchase a custom set I am happy to email photos for you too choose patterns etc.

Question: What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Answer: Please make sure you sign for the package as damaged, take photos and contact me through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page immediately. I will resolve the issue as fast as possible for you.

Answer: Yes, most parts are listed in the online store, if you can't see what you're looking for, please contact me through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and I will do my best to assist.

Question: Can I order items that are showing out of stock?
Answer: The website won't allow you to order, however please contact me through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. I am happy to make up another set for you as soon as I can.

Question: Do I have a trade pricelist?

Question: Are other colours of baiting needles, hook sharpening kits, knot pullers and distance sticks available?
